Need a top 3, being 4th may come back to hurt us bad if rags get Europa.

Why?

If United win Europa and finish 5th we still get into the Champions League.

Part of the prize of winning the Europa now is that you get into the Champions League whilst your league doesn't get affected.

That's why with Sevilla winning the Europa last year Spain had 5 teams going into the Champions League this season.

Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Villarreal, and Sevilla.

Villarreal had the 4th place play-off but got knocked out by Monaco.

Stand corrected, only issue is if rags win Europa and Lester win Champions - what are the odds on that, probably higher than 5000:1 :)

I would play Bravo because we really need to see if he can recover his composure.

Sounds very much as if Kompany will play which is obviously a big boost

---------------Bravo
Navas--Stones--Kompany--Clichy
-----------Fernandinho
--------KDB------------Silva
---Sane-----Aguero-----Sterling

Very important game. If we win this, I think that's the top 4 sown up if Utd fail to beat Chelsea

I don't know if we can afford to play Bravo, it's at the point where he's more likely than not to let in a soft goal- and suppose we can only score one? I don't think we can risk it.

As I said earlier I'm at the game tomorrow. I've seen Zabaleta score, I've seen Aguero score, I've seen Silva, Nasri, Touré, Kolarov. The only thing missing for me (from this generation) is to see a live Vincent Kompany goal and it seems like I won't get many more chances. I hope to fuck he bags one for us.

But Willy's soft goal the other week is OK? Whoever is in the nets will be picked on form on the training ground for the tactics Peps wants to employ in this particular match.

Being a blue on the south coast this is the closet game for me so looking forward to this one and another away day :)

Been twice this year

Palace away we won 1-2

Swansea at home we won 2-1

Get all your money on a 1-2 victory tomorrow lads and thank me later ;)

Can't make me mind up about this one. Can see us getting well beaten like last year, something like 3-1, can see us having a day like when Wanchope shouted down the microphone and cruising it 1-3, or it could easily be a 2-2 draw.
I'm getting the words 'four goals'

Right, one of you is definitely lying here...

Southampton manager Claude Puel will make a late decision on whether to start striker Manolo Gabbiadini, who is fit after a groin injury.

Steven Davis is available after recovering from an ankle problem but Oriol Romeu is suspended.

Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany could return to the starting line-up, having not been risked against Hull.

Manager Pep Guardiola must decide whether Claudio Bravo or Willy Caballero will play in goal.

This is fucking annoying me with Gabbiadini because I think if affects which keeper we should play. If Long plays he'll constantly be harrying the centre halves and keeper and we'd be better off with Bravo playing, if it's Gabbiadini the fucker shoots from everywhere and we're better off with Caballero.

Willy's soft goal the other week is perfectly fine because it happens to all goalkeepers. Bravo has let over a dozen soft goals in this season. Huge, huge difference. I'm sure he's normal on the training ground but he lets us down so many times.
