Look over the season - I can't think of one shot he has saved where I have thought - wow, that could have been a goal against another keeper.

If a shot goes through a keeper's legs it doesn't automatically make it an easy save. It happens quite often. If I remember correctly, someone on here actually did the math as to how much time he had to save that particular shot. I think it was 4/10 of a second. Willy would not have saved it IMO. Nor would he have saved the others IMO.

You can disagree but if you want to argue the point you need to make a better argument then it went though his legs. It simply is faulty logic.

I thought we played well at their place, our defence as ever being our only let down. Hopefully with the big Wembley pitch we use the width of Sane and Sterling well to stretch the game out. We need a strong mentality going into this one, this is the worst Arsenal team I've ever known.

He has to play Willy, I think he will and why he has given Bravo a couple of games before this one.

I agree on that one. No coincidence our best defensive displays and number of clean sheets have been with Willy in net. Whilst not every goal can be Bravos fault he hasn't saved us once, made a class save to keep us in the game. Willy has made several.

i think it will be superb end to end game, plenty of goals, 3-2 city i'll go with. Yaya will score off the bench.

chelsea in final, we'll beat them and avenge (a tiny bit) the two unfortuante defeats this season.

anyone thinking it wikll be easy needs to have a re think, arsenal are out of form and we are quite rightly are viewed as favourites but they have several top players and sanchez can turn the game by himself.

already giddy to get down therea and its only wednesday. in the big smoke about 645am, my dad wants to go to abbey road and 'have a look around'..... i'll see you in spoons dad.
 
With Vinny back bossing the defence, we look far stronger at the back, replace Bravo with Willy, the rest of the team will pick itself.
With plenty of pace in the team this could be a high scoring game if we can put our chances away.
Wasn't too sure about Navas as a wing back, but he seemed to have his best game for some time against Hull! an inspired stopgap from Pep to shore up our ageing defence.

We had a great defensive display over the weekend. Willy wasn't in the net. Bravo hardly was tested. What was different? Hint look at our CBs.

Blaming Bravo is popular. It is also wrong.

It is so wrong that Pep dropped him was it? I have a feeling he has only come back into the mix as I imagine Willy will start on Sunday. Bravo has been useless as a goalkeeper, no hiding behind that. A keeper should do their job (he doesn't) and be the last line of defence whilst even at times making great saves. He's done none of that instead saved his first shot since January the other day.
 
When we had hart in goal I thought willy was a shit back up now I think he is awesome just shows how bad Bravo really is!!

I would love to know what Willy has done to make people think he has ever been shit. All keepers make mistakes, sometimes they get away with it, sometimes not. I don't remember Willy alone costing us a game. Normally when we lose it's because we have failed to put away our often easy chances. The game against Chelsea was one we were never going to win.
 
Kinda hoping Delph will play on Sunday. He's played well the last couple of games he's been involved in and I think he'll be depesrate to win the FA Cup.

We need committed players for this game.

Nevermind...you are the guy talking about the big Wembley pitch. You aren't going to understand.
 
hi guys. 8.20 train with our lass from nottingham cannot wait. been Wembley a few times but only ever drank outside the ground itself. I've seen on here that city pubs are located on the west... and people are drinking on the roundabout... where is all this from Wembley station? many thanks
