Played in a Semi on Sunday,a derby on Thursday,against a team scrapping for their lives today.....with a team hit by injury and a lack of depth.....and we get an away point that may be critical at the end of the season.

Agree with that. It's not a bad point, and we now have 3 home games in a row against teams with little to play for, then Watford away who are safe. It's in our own hands, we just need to make sure we do nothing daft.

The manager will get it right, and we will see more of that 5 at the back next year, but with the right players to do it and do it well. We've really got some precious fuckers these days in our fanbase. No doubt that plays a big part in our embarrassing atmosphere at home games.

This was do or die for Boro and we went into the game with Wembley and the Derby in our legs. And missing Silva, yet some of you just expect to take the 3 points?

You criticise Guardiola, but you should know that these games can be very difficult.

In hindsight we'd have won had Sterling and Sané started, but they were fucking awful against Arsenal and United- the worst attacking performances of the season- and Pep was right to drop them. Half the pre-match thread suggested dropping them anyway.

We needed to make a lot of changes after the week we have had. I think he knows City have not been incisive enough.

When the space is offered I'm front if goal we do not run into it with the ball (to suck defenders out-of position or to have a running shot). We pass it back along the line or out to the flanks. This is clearly a Pep instruction and it does my head in.

I just hope Pep can pull off the near miracle required to deal with such a huge transformation. I think we may have to brace ourselves for a big crisis next season that could see us struggling for many a year.

Looking at today in isolation, we've generally beaten the shit sides away from home all season so i'm not too mad with the result - its the fact that it could have been completely unavoidable if Pep hadn't fucked about so much trying to be clever.

il take the point esp after going behind twice, top 4 qualification should almost have been done and dusted today if recent results had gon right for us, anway players need a rest until the palace game,with united at the gooners we should see a bit of a gap opening next weekend

We started that game without yaya silva sane and sterling.ok Dave is injured but you don't add to your woes by leaving 3 of our best players out. It wouldnt bother me in the slightest if pep walked.

No disrespect to Boro, but if we're aiming to be one of the best in the world, there's absolutely no way we should be garnering 2 points from teams who spend the entire season fighting for their lives.

We'll be nowhere near the best in the world until we sign better players. Three of the back four need changing, plus the keeper and two central midfielders, all need to be of Dele Alli, Kante, Vertonghen, Fabinho, Rose, Bale standard too, or we'll have more of this shit next season.
