I would be happy with that list plus a CB. There is talk that Semedo can play both sides so that would be good, haven't actually seen him play but he is raved about. Dinho was not that good at LB the little he played there and Kolarov can jump in but if Sandro were to be out for lets say 2 months I would be really worried about that position, Kola can play LB against the weaker sides but he is massive liability against the top sides at LB and is targeted. I'm sure we will address this possible issue. As for CB, I really do think we will buy one. The difference between Kompany playing and not playing is massive. I don't see us getting Bonucci if we get Sandro. Van Dijk is a possibility but I'm a little worried about him due to his current injury. Don't think we'll be going after Laporte given what happened last summer. I don't know what other possibilities are there for us.

If we sign Sandro, I would imagine Kolarov is good enough to cover 10-15 games. With better players across the park, and more intensive pressing, the defenders are hopefully going to have an easier time of it. Think van Dijk will go to Chelsea, so unless it is someone like Pepe (as mentioned by Silva_Spell), then maybe Guardiola will improvise for the season if needed.

Good point about CBs. Didn't really think about it but going for a cheap backup option is also possible. Pepe would be a solid pick.
About Ederson, that makes sense. Read that they were asking for 60m which is outrageous.
Your list has us at about 230m. Last summer we spent 180m I believe. Really think we will spend a lot more this one. Tolmie also hinted that we will be splashing the money this summer.

I don't think Kola is good enough because if we have Champions League games in that stretch or have important PL games against top 5-6 sides, Kolarov at LB will be targeted and will cost us goals and points/gamsrd like he has this season. A major liability at LB and those 10-15 games can easily determine if our season will be a good one or not.
