Though his contract supposedly finishes on 30/06 I'm not sure Real will let him go. He's certainly very fast, powerful, good vision and an excellent passing range.
Might be worth highjacking contract talks to bag him to shadow YaYa.

Won't happen. He'll challenge Casemiro for the starts come match day 1, and comfortably be first choice for them by the end of the season.

What's the likelihood that in 12 minths time, Monaco have a season like they have just had now? They're selling their best players. PSG strengthening. And if Monaco accept a bid, then the player has a decision to make. There might be other Premiership clubs looking at this.
