Good point mate.....just said the same thing in another thread. Maybe Bertrand was always a target, no matter what happened with Mendy talks.

No idea if true or not, but you have to feel for Southampton fans if true. Year after year they get their team ripped to pieces and sold of. Think of the players over the past few years they have sold:

Van Dijk
Bertrand
Mane
Wanyama
Clyne
Scneiderlin
Shaw
Lallana
Lovren
Chambers
Ox
Bale
Walcott

I know its innevitable players want to move on, but thats some list of players.

I hope not Kolorov is only decent at CB these days. Maybe he could play DM - maybe not. But as a LB he is beyond crap.

I'd prefer Bravo there.

Unfortunately for Delph because I like him is that his most reliable position is Left Back on the physios table.
