By the end of the summer it is likely the squad will have been picked apart and if Jardim leaves then he has no real reason to stay.
 
Next! It still shouldn't stop us from having another go in signing Mbappe in 12 months time.

People are desperate to sign a new messi or Ronaldo that they Herald every player with potential as the new coming.
Most people on bluemoon will have seen him once some twice, others never at all. He has potential and certain attributes but no guarantees after 1 season.
120 million is quite a gamble when you consider the total wealth of a major club.
The aim should be to continue the attempts to unearth one of our own.

Let Madrid who are already a billion or so in debt take the gamble.

Can't speak for others but I've seen Mbappe at least 15 times since New Year in the League and CL.

Well murph. You either live in south of France or travel well.
My point was a lot of "fan" experts are quick to come to the conclusion that this boy will be scoring 30 + goals for the next ten years..
 
Not sure how many people know, but we actually had a bid rejected for him around the time the rags brought martial. The club have had their eyes on him for a long time.

Monaco were actually in the Champions League & top of he French League.

It is not difficult, to watch & even download, their games.

There were also reports Mendy had discipline problems this season at Monaco.

I saw him nearly get a straight red against Juve in the CL, for cannoning the ball at a linesman for a decision he didn't like.

It sounds like we should be careful to make sure he is suitable?

He was dropped ahead of the Juventus game because of his poor attitude. It's clearly an issue, though I think we're prepared to take the risk. Expecting movement next week after France's final friendly.
 
It is time we started blowing team's out the water again!
Bidding 10-20m higher than anyone else, this kid needs a big bid if he is the next big deal.
