I think he could end up being the real deal. If we get Sanchez though, I don't see how adding Mbappe as well adds security which I don't think new fullbacks will be enough cover for. As much as I want to believe that Vinny is going to healthy, I'm not confident going into the season with the CBs we have. Mbappe's fee alone is probably enough or slightly lower than getting Sanchez and a solid CB. With that, I say just do whatever's possible to get Sanchez and get a new CB. That also leaves the question of who is going to rotate with Fernandinho and Yaya at DM.

I dont know whether we can get him whether its this summer or next, Madrid must be favourites, but if there is any chance we cant't pass on it, IMO it would be like passing on an 18 year old Messi or Ronaldo, I really think thats the level he could reach.I'm quite happy to pass on mbop,we are stocked if we get sanchez,this kid doesn't guarantee anything,he could turn out to be another whatshisname who was brought for huge money at the swamp,we know how that went,CB is more important imo
If it's not on this summer then yes go for a centre back , but as others have said it means Kolarov or Otamendi have to leave.

Possibly mate but I can't help thinking now that tosin has got a new contract that maybe he will be around the first team squads more? Plus having vinny, stones, otamendi and kolarov there pep might think we are ok. I always felt dinho might have been moved back i.e. Like mascherano at Barca?

I'd like to see Tosin going on loan this time, another year without proper football would be suicidal for him.
I would imagine Tosin knew whether he was going on loan or getting some playing time guarantees this season before he agreed to a new deal.
