So what were all last nights' videos/gifs about?

I know there were lots of guesses about what they meant but nothing confirmed in the form of those lovely things called words

Every few days a bunch of videos get posted, but nothing actually seems to happen in terms of transfers. In fact we've had all this hand-me-down information passed on, presumably in good faith, but so far we've signed B. Silva who no one seemed to have a clue about, look like we're signing Alves which no one had a clue about & now we supposedly have a mystery defender who no one had a clue about who may also have been at the club. The only one who we really knew in advance was Ederson, and that wasn't exactly secretive information that was being given on here.

It's all good fun reading the stories on here, but anyone who takes them with anything other than a truck load of salt is being a little giddy.

Funnily enough I was just thinking of a surprise centre back being Thiago Silva or Marquinhos. Can't see it though.

Could possibly be Pepe for a year until someone else becomes available but think there's plenty of quality out there not to go for a short term option.

The CB rumours are surprising (although certainly welcome) given that Tosin has just extended his contract. I didn't think he'd sign simply to go out on loan.
