As with all players, it is telling which clubs they are linked to even if half the time there is nothing in it.

In my opinion he did well to get the contract extension when he did and I think his time has passed at City.

That said he has tried his best, been flexible with the move to CB and he added a bit of steel in a team that can be a bit too nice at times.

I fully expected one more season. It makes sense to sell now if we can.
