Everton 2017/18

Everton fans are excited by the sounds of their forum with the Rooney stuff. I can see why, but a very mediocre player these days. Hopefully all their players can gel quick. I'd love it if they finished above their red rivals

Tranmere probably offered him 50 quid a week, free parking in training at the co-op across the road and the keys to the burger van. They get a bit thin on the ground after that.

Nobody wanted him and the press will try and bend the narrative of his payoff to 'Great servant gets deserved golden handshake' as opposed to 'Utd pay anything to get Shrek out of old trafford'

Can only think this spells the end for Barkley because if they have replaced Lukaku with Rooney as their main striker they will struggle up front next season.

Rooney was a good player a few years ago, not anymore.

It'll be interesting to see how Rooney is treated by the previously fawning press, now he's left the Hypnos theatre. I note already that the fail has a story about Jenny Thompson 'going out'. Presumably she's been out many times since her dalliance with Rooney but, this morning, she's 'Wayne Rooney prostitute' Jenny Thompson.
 
My only hope is that he rediscovers the young Shrek. I'll laugh my cock off if he bangs in more than Lukaku.
