Can't help but think we need to sign backups at both fullback positions. I'm not confident in Dinho as backup RB due to the fact that he'll certainly be needed at DM and can't be using his energy when Walker needs to be rotated around. I like that we're after Bertrand as well, but I'll feel much more confident knowing we have a true RB to fill in in case Walker needs resting or gets injured.

How is it primed?I actually genuinely don't.
The longer summer is going on the more it looks like we'll be considerably ahead of them unless they catch up, and while we've arguably addressed our biggest weaknesses (GK, fullback, a Silva replacement) they've done nothing really.
British football is primed for another dominant club in the era of Superclubs, and at the moment we're looking best poised to go into this crucial season in much better shape.
Guardiola was only just getting started last year, and I look at our rivals and see nothing that's going to stop their problems.

May happen in less competitive leagues but I just dont see it happening in the PL anytime soon. Too many good clubs now with money and decent managers & players.Because European football is becoming dominated by a superclubs, and all it will take is one successful spell, Money is becoming more and more concentrated at the top and if someone can get that kickstart winning 3 or 4 leagues, someone could become as dominant as United in the 90's.
Realistically Spurs and Liverpool can't compete, Chelsea's organisation is looking shambolic and United have put all their eggs in a manager who can't do long term stability.
If this team Pep is building can win 3 league titles in 5 years then I'm pretty sure we'd see the others fall away as our revenue would snowball massively.
