who says we're not in for him? source? hes quite versatile, covers right back and centre midfield, gives us height

What does it matter if he's versatile if he doesn't fit the way Pep wants his DM to play he'd buy Carvalho before Fabinho because Carvalho fits the profile and Fabinho doesn't.

Sam Lee other reliable journos, ITKs all saying we are not in for another midfielder.

Versatile isnt really what Pep looks for in his pivot, he wants very specific attributes and that player doesnt seem to be available. Im convinced its a position he will concentrate on next summer when Toure and Fernandinho have gone and the rest of the positions are pretty much done. Think its a big year for Kimmich if he doesnt get the games at Bayern he would probaby number 1 target.

I think a pivot will be our biggest signing next summer. If we get our targets this summer. I expect us to sign a maximum of 2-3 major players next summer. I''m sure that's the plan going forward. This summer will be the exception. It's not ideal to be in our position and need 6-8 new players in one window.

My guess atm would be Weigl or Kimmich to replace Yaya next summer.
 
Is the role of the Pivot to pass it sideways at every opportunity ? wonder if our man gelson fernandes is available this summer? he'd make the perfect pep pivot

If you're not arsed if we get him or not why did you give him 6 already and post that you want him as our DM alot?

I told you twice already why I'm convinced it's it's not happening, many journalists ITKs said we're not in for a midfielder, Fabinho doesn't fit the profile of a DM either.

I have no idea whether we want him or not or whether he'd be any good for us or not but surely there will come a point where Monaco have to stop selling their players this summer? Especially if Mendy leaves I just can't seer them letting Fabinho go as well, they are going to be decimated as it is.
