For those who take having tatts seriously it's a snapshot of different stages in your life,just like a photo,he is celebrating a good moment in his life

When i'm sat in the nursing home i can look around and see my life good and bad things on my body and remember,smile at all but 1 which is from a darker time,unlike a photo i can't lose them

I don't post much on here so will probably get torn to pieces but that's a shockingly bad tattoo, look at his face and legs, it's just wrong in terms of detail and shading. Any idea who he went to or how much it cost?
