Not that I see it happening, but Injury record should be the only reason anyone would have a complaint about him being a City player. Genuinely world class

Where have the links been all summer then ?

It's one of two things

1: we have been knocked back by mbappe and Sanchez and we still need a wide forward who score goals , bale could be on the market if mbappe is off to Madrid....panic buy

2: we are trying to cause problems for Madrid in their pursuit of mbappe , making a move on bale who they want to keep. This could also be a ploy to mess with uniteds plans ...transfer market shenanigans

That's not a panic buy at all. That's called an opportunistic buy. All talk has been of Bale staying all summer if that suddenly changes, it's not a panic buy to go after one of the very best players in the world. If Bale is considered a panic buy then i hope the board go into full meltdown mode.
 
I hope Bale does not end up at the Rags. Think he is a great player and could do an awesome job for us. Would rather we got Mbappe though but not a bad fall back.
 
Think it is fair to say that without Ronaldo Madrid wouldn't have won 3 CL in the last 4 years. Barca's successes have been built on Leo.
We have enough domestically and in a couple of years Leroy and Jesús might be our Messi. But to win the CL this year as Pep says we need something more.
 
As utd are almost impossible to best if Bale goes there then I would I make them, with the signings they have made and the football Mourinho plays, strong favourites for the League and Europe.
 
Danny Mills on SSN has picked rags to win league He said Bale is made for united Jamie Redknapp " if United get Bale they might as well just give them the title"
 
If the rags get bale, combined with how mourinho sets up, then they are easily favourites for the title and could at least get to the semi finals of the champions league if not win it.
 
Hahaha can't believe the shit I'm reading on here even with bale (35 games in 2 seasons) they are still way off winning the league will bale make them up 24 points??? As it stands they have not improved on last seasons squad which was poor. Get a grip people.
 
bale to the rags would certainly make them a hell of a lot stronger! if sanchez is a no go I personally would love to get bale! sane left and bale on the right would be lethal!
 
I am all for Utd being 'nailed on' for the title.

They have got away with murder in recent years, being allowed to fail miserably after spending millions & get 'it's perfectly understandable' from the media.

It's about time it actually mattered when they spunk 2 points at home to some brownshoe team.
