should've had a backup plan. Now we'll go into the season with two injury-prone strikers.

we did work on other deals this summer, we just didn't fancy them for various reasons i.e. Mbappe.

Play him in Sanchez's position and we are sortednot finished yet, we could still end up with JFE.

Being reported we won't sign Evans or any other CB (Guessing because Mangala won't go) but nothing about us ending chances of a st.
Hoping beyond hope for a last minute VVD <> Mangala+Cash deal if the Sanchez deal really is dead.And I'm not bothered if we don't get Sanchez. The ease that Bournemouth broke through our back line suggests more where our priorities should lie.
Ederson, Bravo, Walker, Danilo, Mendy, Otamendi, Kompany, Stones, Adarabyaro, Mangala, Fernandinho, Toure, Gundagon, D.Silva, B.Silva, Zinchenko, Delph, De Bryne, Foden, Sterling, Sane, Aguero, Jesus, Diaz2 cf. 1 leftback. 2 cm over 30 and past their best. These are areas we needed to improve imho. At least this thread has been as consistent as always. No videos tonight?

More disappointed that we didnt add a forward and a CB, than I am about missing on Sanchez/Evans. Think we still short and it's going to cost us this season. Was hoping we'd have a plan B for Sanchez/Evans but looks like it was those two or nobody!
