wtf is that about?Still not sold on Mendy defensively yet tbh. Gets done quite a few times. Walker on the other side is much more solid at defending but mendy's wicked cross makes up for it I guess. Here's hoping he improves very quick!

Will someone give me a fair assessment of Bernardo Silva.? He is very left footed and a bit lightweight. How did he do tonight.
He is a class player - maybe he needs time to settle in. Maybe right wing isn't his position ?.
I remember going to Sunderland away and saying to my dad David silva is shit, a bad buy and too lightweight. 8 years later.
He is just bedding in - will be great.

You're second sentence is the important one. I feel that he's on the pitch because what he offers far negates his defensive frailties.
He gets back & gets involved when he fucks up, which makes it easier for the team to fix it, rather than still being at the halfway line like certain players of the past.
