Annoyed Delph starts. Nothing against the guy but he's a lost cause at City and we've a local kid on the bench that needs games. Mind boggling that we always do this. I'd rather get beat 3-0 and Foden play than win 3-0 with Delph etc.

Looking at the teams I think West Brom have to be the slight favourites

I don't know why everyone is so upset about Delph , if Mendy picks up an injury and Danilo is unavailable/covering elsewhere we have to work out who is the best option and Delph is a decent left footed footballer.

My guess is Delph is playing full back. Bernardo and Gundogan will be playing in the positions Phil plays. He may get some time replacing one of them.

Most of them play together week in week out and are solid experienced PL players + home advantage
