Good post Eccles. A front three of Stirling, Jesus and Sane isn’t too shabby. We have multiple permutations that most teams would die for. The key point for me is that Sergio is not seriously hurt.

If his crash was in the early hours of this morning, by the time he got to Manchester and to bed, it'd be time to get up for training. It just seems a bit odd.

Maybe, as has been alluded earlier, he knew he was having the weekend off if that is the case

I was not having a dig,i was just pointing out that there will be a lot who will take this news what has happened overnight,badly, the ones who come forward,like one already has challenged my post,would be the ones who will think we be better without Aguero,one of the let him go merchants,as Jesus will step into those shoes easily.

Well I hope he can and does,because he is gonna have to now,we are blessed in the midfield department,granted,but if we are to become reliant on Jesus,Sane,and not forgetting our friend Sterling,we shall see what they are made of,starting tomorrow

What the hell was Sergio thinking going to a concert in A'dam of a guy who can barely hold a fkin note.
Not very professional imo, regardless of his day off.
I hope we sue the bloody cab company if they're at fault for the accident.

Hope apart from ribs he's generally ok, driver and any passengers too

He is being assessed today and we will have club confirmed news later.

The squad spirit shown so far this year is best fts been for a long time..

Pep will have them ready for Chelsea have no doubt with or without Kun.

The same for every other game he may miss..We have Jesus available

for this Aguero absence which we didn't have for Aguero missed games

pre Jan last season. Sane, KDB, Merlin,Sterling all on fire, We have Ilkay

returning plus Bernardo and Walker and we have in Ederson a goalkeeper

who makes saves and gives the team & defence in particular confidence.

This team doesn't fear Chelsea, Rags or Spurs, with or without Kun/Mendy

It takes 1 hour 20 mins to fly to Amsterdam. If he'd driven to the Midlands you wouldn't be saying anything.

When it comes to injuries, it very much seems that way. And these injuries always seem to be players who are very much pivotal in the team, ie Kompany(more the last 2 years than this) Mendy,KDB not long after he joined and was flying and Aguero(a few times now) etc. We are very fotrunate to have this squad and watch this amazing football,absolutely no argument on that. But surely you've got to admit we've been dealt a shitty hand with injuries the last 3 years.
 
Dutch media reports Aguero was on his way from the concert to the airport. The taxi's navigationsystem must have been out of order as the accident happened at De Boelelaan in Amsterdam-Buitenveldert. Not trying to be a detective and I like to think there are several reasons for the driver to choose the route he drove. Must have been an Ajax-fan that also supports the scum. The worst kind a footies over here ...

We will be ok. Chelsea now firm favourites and that suits us fine as a huge amount of pressure was building up on us . Aguero won't be out for too long . It could have been worse. We got lucky with Ilkay . Not all bad . We still have great quality . Probably a light training session this morning - kid gloves etc . Pep won't have any more headaches about who to play that's for sure .

Couple off points.
players have to inform the club as to there whereabouts(as with the debacle of drug testing)so kun would off informed the club,& the club sanctioned it..ies
Now going by media reports(if it is rib/ribs injuries,) Didnt Gaz Barry have a injury(some bone fracture before a tournament for Eng).
And used/slept in some air chamber,which can speed up the injury process??..
