European checkertrade trophy - will be using that one!

However, they did play celta vigo so did play a team from a top league, albeit a shit team and still nearly lost.
 
Ni sure if this is for here or the Sack Race thread but the managers of the 4 teams they started with probably won’t be in the job by the end of the season:

West Ham - can’t see him lasting, they are shit

Swansea - a poor team and the board will push the button and hope for a new manager bounce towards the end of the season

Leicester - sacked already

Everton - I wouldn’t sack him. They’ve fucked up with buying Rooney and not getting a proper striker. They need to keep it respectable until Jan then buy a striker. I think the board will give him the boot, though

I disagree Matic would be a good backup for Fernandinho. Mata though at this stage of his career would be able to get in above Yaya but I think Matic would take that spot so he couldn't make the bench.

I maybe wrong here but I'm sure they were not league champions the last two times they won it! (I,e they didn't win the league in 1998 & 2007)

It soon dissipated when they won a few trophies again. I'd almost forgotten about "The Red Knights". Only United could've come up with such a sanctimonious title for a corporate takeover.

I've watched Ozil literally walk around the pitch for Arsenal and do nothing so i can see Mourinho absolutely loving that type of player pmsl.

Ozil in a flat back 10? Nope dont see it, sorry lol
