Kyle Walker accused by Pochettino

He comes across a right **** to work for. 9 years of service with the club and he gets this sort of treatment because he asked to leave.

Especially from a guy who resigned from his previous club after 18 mths to sign for a ‘bigger club’.

Then when you consider his sensitivities about Peps comments but felt comfortable commenting about City.

Comes across as very sensitive but with little self-perception.

Pochettino seems to have an issue with City lately, first his offence taken about Pep's reference to the "Harry Kane team ", and now upset by Walker's desire for a move.

Smacks of a man who is showing insecurity and sensitivities by adopting the " victim mentality " in his comments.

Spurs were well rewarded by Walker for such a long period of time, and if reports of salaries paid by Spurs are correct, the player could rightly seek to improve his earnings by a club prepared to match his expectations.

Spurs have some good players, but if Pochetinno and Levy hope to keep them, then they surely need to address the salary issue or risk their better players seeking to move on.

Danny Rose has surely outlined the problems brewing for Spurs, and Pochetinno's whinging isn't going to change that.

It's the same with a lot of clubs. People just look at the table and assume that if teams are finishing around the same area, then they offer the same prospects to players. It was exactly the same with Villa. When we bought Barry, Villa fans were pissed off because they had the feeling that they were still around our level. When we bought Delph, they might have been pissed off for other reasons, but there was far more acceptance that obviously he'd want to come to a team like us and challenge for trophies. But Spurs fans still think they're just as much of a prospect as us, just like Arsenal fans did when we bought loads of their players.

I can understand the fans having that type of opinion, but Poch should really know better. Fans are always blinkered and biased, but it's clear to a blind man on a galloping horse that City are by far a bigger pull than Spurs, just as they're a bigger pull than Southampton. Poch is deluded if he thinks he is a superior coach to Pep, or his squad is superior to ours which along with a significant pay increase will have been decisive factors in Kyle Walkers decision to come to us.

Hypocrisy is a trait which seems to be evident with a number of managers who seek to put themselves in the spotlight .
