Only this, most of them are fine, but throw in a handful of cunts who don’t pull their weight and I’ll end up in trouble for saying what I really think of people.
 
We've got one in 2 weeks, then the main one in January, probably because they couldn't organise anything, or because it's cheaper in Jan, I never usually go, but as they give away prizes like iPads and hampers it might be worthwhile braving the boring fuckers in accounts ( no offence, but ours are useless)
 
Our free works do is a Friday and 90 miles away. Free hotel, but you can't skip out of the office early nor will they cover train or petrol. Just a piss up for HQ really and loads were over the limit coming back last year IMHO. I've declined.

Now I'm part of the underground movement or Operation Manchester should we say. No management, and ex-employees tagging along, Blue Pig NQ for £23. Bira Moretti on tap. Lovely.
 
Ours is at old Trafford this year. Was booked back in Feb. ..
Bonus is we get lunch, a burger van at 6 and basically every member of senior management is female so if you sleep with the boss
Apparently they added the burger van to stop people from getting too drunk as previous years there were lines of naughty boys and girls outside the md's door the Monday after
