Paddy Power - they ban winning gamblers - genuinely. Yet - they don't ban "mug-bettors" who lose £1000s. They also own Betfair now, so they offset your bet to make a guaranteed profit regardless of which way a result falls.

Them paying out now works like this....
"Pay out £50k on winning bets v £200k for advertising run" yet the papers fall for it every time.
