Tunnel bust-up after derby

The mail reporting the police looked on shocked, well the truth is there was one policeman working in the tunnel & from what I heard he can't believe what he's reading.
Experienced coppers are rarely shocked by anything, certainly not a minor disorder between pumped up young men. Our media is a fucking joke. They just make things up.

You know what I think rattled them more than anything was how we kept the ball & humiliated them kicking the ball at them for a corner, that made them look shit, it was better than nutmegs.

If anyone could find a clip of that for me to share & go viral it would make my day. It's on a par with last 5 in 2012.

I call bullshit on this handbags at dawn..
Just another thing to try and get our players suspended.. FA investigation my arse FA/Gill trying a different approach in stopping the #sharkteam...

They always knew we could go there and sneak a win, like we did in 2008. You've always got a puncher's chance in a Derby; but they never imagined that we would go there and toy with them, or that they would be discernibly frightened of us. That is where their perception of disrespect comes from; it is a manifestation of their bewilderment as a club at the changed (and still changing) landscape. Their brains cannot process what is happening. It was quite telling (assuming it was true) that Carrick was the other united individual talking to our players about showing respect. He will have been repeatedly told by Ferguson about City's place in the footballing food-chain. united just assumed that they were untouchable as a club because they started to believe their own preposterous publicity. I mean "the united way". Have you ever heard anything so replete with self-importance and hubris? It's an attitude that has left that club floundering and at real risk of significant and irreversible decline - and one I hope we never emulate.

Absolutely never allow us to become like them & I think the belief from our owners to take every criticism on the chin & become better will drive us to excellence. Likewise when they are given excuses it will allow them to fall which is already evident.

Both teams will be charged with failing to control players our fine will be bigger due to recent incident with Chelsea. Can't see any individual charges tbh.

They conceded possession as most PL teams seem to do but this variation of keeping possession seems to have been a step too far.

City gave them the ball near a touchline and they were the ones who put it into touch, they could easily have allowed us to bring the ball closer to their goal but insisted on defending so any criticism should be aimed at the tormented defenders.

And the media have all rubbed their hands with glee with all of this,as you say a perfect distraction from the respect we gave the mighty rags on the pitch as well.....none

Great post.

On the contrary IMHO. It has proved to be a huge Lukaku-like own goal by PEG in that it has emphasised their hurt & left the result in the media for longer than he will have wanted. They now look pretty pathetic in all respects.

Great summary & so very true. It is dawning on them that the Fergi mantras were a myth & are now dead. How dare we toy with them as we did on Sunday????

Just had talksport on while on the school run. The news headlines are "the Manchester brawl, where Mourinho was hit by a bottle".
Why isn't Artetas gash on his head not deemed more appropriate as the headline.
Then start talking about some charity and what prizes are on offer. The boiled bollock interrupts and says. "Jose has been really good to this charity. Jose has been a good man. Jose has been good.."
It's mad how this station try to manipulate opinion in this country.
I hope city go to town over this brawl. I'd even want a police investigation over the facial injury to arteta. Spilt milk... is that all they've got?
Rag cnuts

Christ almighty, Strachan's at it now on SSN web site. Some absolute bilge being peddled out..."thats the content for the next team talk", "get changed, get on the bus and lets go". Seriously, have a look but do it when no ones about because you may burst into fits of laughter. What a sawn off little whopper.
