Does anyone think that having these awards at the end of the calendar year is stupid anyway? Hazard is presumably in because Chelsea won the league last season, but it would make more sense if these awards were in August in that case.
 
Well dome Kev but its still Nothing but a popularity contest. The team is generally very predictable and rarely features the actual best players.
 
Fake is a less deserving inclusion than Hazard imo, especially as the main striker considering the years Kane and Cavani have had.
 
Buffon has been a stellar keeper for many a year but no way is he better than Eddie or DeGea these days, also swap Kroos for David Silva too...! Could pick holes in most of those selections...!
