Remember those posts in the summer saying Alexis was asking for £400k a week to join Bayern & PSG, basically as a way of saying I'd rather join City?

Surely Ed wouldnt be so stupid to ask his agent what he would demand and actually agree to it would he?
 
If arsenal sell to united they are selling to a rival for the last 3 spots, city are not a rival to arsenal finishing top 4. Would be there best interest to sell to city
 
Not only can we annoy Arsenal fans with this transfer, but the clueless media have now piped up about Utd and Liverpools interest.

So when we do sign him, which we definatly will, we will have pissed off 3 of the biggest, nob head, fanbases around - all in one deal.

Why would Sanchez go to United?

Arsenal will take any offers and if United have offered more then fair enough they will accept that.

It still does not mean Sanchez has to accept that, in the summer I reckon he had offers from PSG and Bayern but he chose to wait for us.

Are us, PSG and Bayern poorer options than United? No, he will either wait until the summer and cost us nothing or Arsenal will crumble and sell him to us this month.

Also remember, United offering more means he will cost us more, it is a no brainer move for what is a very cheap player now.
 
If anything, I think this will just make us act and get the deal over the line. He still wants to come to us, I reckon.

Money.

If he decided the most important thing over the last few years of his career was money & Utd offered more than anyone else, why not ?

If he wants to be part of the best team, with the best chajce of a big finish to his career he comes to City.

I imagine he already has enough money.
