Leon Bailey should be available for the same price, and he is only 20, can play on both wings, and has apparently been the best winger in the Bundesliga this season

What makes you think Leon Bailey is available for the same price? He's probably the most coveted youngster in europe right now. Leverkusen are second and his stock is only going to increase between now and the summer. They won't sell him now when they can wait for a bidding war in Summer. Real Madrid are due a massive rebuild and players are going to move for stupid money. He's been the standout player in Germany this season and he will move for Mbappe and Dembele type money. Potentially double the prices being quoted for Mahrez.
