Last night was ridiculous. No atmosphere and thousands of empty seats. Can’t believe people don’t make an effort to watch football like that. We are so lucky to have Pep and a special group of players.

Its disappointing but i wont judge the actions/reasons of others.Saying that though,i'm sure many make no effort whatsoever to pass the ticket on to a grateful recipient,and that does piss me off.

To be fair I would say there were 48 to 50k in the ground which is not too bad. Maybe one in ten missing the match? This is understandable to a degree especiallly for kids and older fans. My dad for example won’t do night games.

I agree about the problem of not passing tickets on when you are not going. I always try and give mine away.

Colin Bell gets sung about to this very day. The Zab song got an airing last night, We've often sung about the Goat and Andy Morrison even in recent years. Horlock as well. Even Quinn's disco pants every now and then. We were singing about Terry Phelan the other week.

I think the club needs to make new song for the club, something better than bluemoon.

When I was in Turkey I went to Besiktas game, I enjoyed the entrance songs & atmosphere more than the game and its worth going again to enjoy it.

I suspect it’s the attitude of plenty people outside the South Stand too. We must be the only fanbase on the planet who argue about what songs should be sung so is it any wonder why people get pissed off with those who try and tell them what to do? I don’t particularly like “best team in the land and all the world” but I’ll sure as hell join in if it gets sung.

As a fanbase we also seem to be blamed for the songs sung by any fans in an area holding 2,000 supporters. On a match day nobody can dictate the songs as fans will sing what they want. If you don't like anti rags songs or dzecko chant its not down to 1894 as fans will randomly sing anything.

The only way to prevent certain songs is all to be dictated by a capo / megaphone / drum.. This wont happen in England apart from maybe Palace therefore we will always have the random 20 second songs and 3 songs at once, plus some games will be quite.

To me from the back of 115 the atmosphere was good, but I was stood with a group of 50 or so fans belting songs out most the game. Now and again the songs spread, just wish it would spread more.

Ha ha true! Football used to be a place you could go and be a bit naughty, break a few rules and relieve the stress of the working week. For us that was just as well because the football on the field wasn't up to much on the whole.

I think society has changed so much now the real electric atmospheres in grounds have gone forever.

At Stoke away last season I tried getting Guardiola's Blue And White Army going from the back of the stand, banging on the corrugated fence behind me in unison for added effect. I shit you not but some bloke complained I was making too much noise.

Yeah, it makes me laugh how some people hold 1894 responsible for which songs get sung. It's as though they think we hand out song sheets to everyone before the match ffs!
