That was a good game for us, I thought that while we were always comfortable, there'll be loads of stuff for individual players to work on in their warm weather break because our attacks seemed to follow similar patterns repeatedly there were some really obvious things that kept happening which could be fixed.

Excellent result and played well within ourselves for much of the game. De Bruyne seemed a bit off today with his passing but Silva was magnificent.

I must be getting soft. Tear in my eye watching Merlin walking off to the applause of the City fans. In the presence of greatness with this man.
Sterling nice touch, same for Jesus, then a brilliant cross by Raz and a lovely first-time finish David whose technique's been like a striker of late. Fabulous team goal: Sterling, Fernandinho, Jesus and motm Silva with the nice finish again. Another fantastic job. Mind the gap!
