I'm not a fan of Corbyn's Labour at national level but I voted for the Labour councillor who introduced a landlord licensing scheme a couple of years back because I thought it was a really good idea.

I am sorry but we are not bothering tonight as we are having meals delivered to accompany a gin and tonic Tanq-fest and besides our tarmacadam is in right good fettle and the rates bill has already been sent out and the lad that empties our bins is proper nice.
We shall keep our powder dry for the big one though and mark my word of that !
