Headline on BBC football. After them rag bastards yet again fail to score against a bottom 6 team for the 2nd time in 6 days.. UNITED SECURE SECOND WITH DRAW. This is why I fucking despise this bent as a five bob note organisation. They just had to put a positive slant on a truly tepid and shite performance. C**S!

United are a massive club, there’s no way they should be 20 points behind city, who excuse me for saying are a small club” I mean, what the actual f++k?

In today’s Times .... Henry Look-at-me Winter is writing about the rags last night having achieved PEG’s objective of securing second spot and the adds that in doing so they have won their first trophy of the season !!!!! He was talking about the doughnut thief getting golden glove

Next they will get a trophy for most points at the swamp this season !!!!!

I watched the last half hour of it, they were discussing clubs approach to academy players and the salaries they were earning. What a prick Merson is, the difference in knowledge and understanding between him and Craig Bellamy was glaring, I know it's Bellamy's working environment but even allowing for that Merson was all over the place. Quite how a bloke who drank, sniffed and gambled his career away can criticise young players attitudes is laughable.
 
On the BBC main website front page this morning (the news front page not BBC Sport) is the earth-shattering story that Eric Cantona is returning to the Pit of Misery for a charity game. If ever you needed proof that the BBC was now an offshoot of the rag PR department, this is it.

Sunday/Monday is the test really. There was a lot of coverage when it was decided, but the end of the season is a reasonable time to go large, rather than just before it.

Other options:
Chelsea displace Liverpool
Swansea win and Southampton are hammered
Some ridiculous non-story is spewed out of Trafford
England preliminary squad of 35 named on Monday (35 should be just about everyone!)
