Who Will Win the World Cup?

This cup, I can't tell. Brazil is my slight favorite pick due to form in an extremely tough qualifying confederation.

Most talented though - France by far - but entirely inconsistent.

Surprise comeback team - Spain, really impressive.

More than enough talent to win - Belgium - but even more inconsistent than France.

Extremely talented - Germany.

In with a shout - Argentina, and less so Uruguay.

All that said, my picks to win the WC, in order of likelihood are:

Brazil - slight favorites
Germany
Spain - very close to Germany
France - would win on paper but too inconsistent to be favorites
Argentina - Messi can carry this team
Belgium - chronic under-performers

Germany are very strong - and perhaps even stronger than last cup.

But the field as a whole has improved a lot. Still, would not be surprised if Germany wins it all.

Any of Brazil, Germany, Spain or France, one things for sure Engalnd won't win it, so as soon as we are out, I will be supporting which ever team still in it has blues playing
