Not forgotten on this forum but its crazy that we went from that Stuart Pearce season to signing players like Petrov and Elano. So, so good at their best, they kind of get forgotten because we went from buying cheap, crap players to bidding for Kaka in 2 years and they were caught somewhere in the middle of how ambitious we were as a club.

Van de Vaart was quality at Spurs when they had the likes of Bale and Modric plying their trade, they really played some good football around the 2011/2012 season and we had that titanic game against them that ended 3-2.
