Are we there yet?
Any idea how many more weeks of, "it's expected to be completed in the next few days" we can expect before it's actually completed?

Rather apologising all the fucking time, why don’t you stop acting like a flappy wanker in the first place. If the latest reports are true (that we're close to signing Jorginho & Mahrez). . .
Humble pie time for me. I jumped the gun with my cynicism/stupidity.
I was wrong. Well done, Txiki. Apologies.
Why is it hard? Where did he get all his game time this season?Hard to see Gundogan getting a lot of game time next season.

He won’t be converting bernado though as he’s played there for Monaco during his time there and looked amazing as that’s his best position. He's spent the majority of his career as a winger so it's only natural to assume he wouldn't be a number 8 or play more central. Totally understand the reasoning but imo he has the attributes to be playing more centrally.
Delph spent most of his career as a midfield player but has become the best left back in the league. This without having any attributes to do so previously, imo.
If Pep can do that to someone like Fabian then converting Bernado into a central player will be a piece of piss.
I'd argue that if Bernardo played centrally last season, Gundogan would have little to no gametime unless either De Bruyne or Dinho gets rested. On the other hand the wing position is pretty thin, and Bernardo can play there.I can't see it personally. I've spoken before about how strange it is the Pep completely avoided playing Bernardo centrally when D.Silva was away with family if he's about to move him inside, and if Gundogan has a good World cup at 27 we're likely to just say "Brilliant! he's finding his Dortmund form, can't wait to see him do this for us next season".
Next summer would make a lot more sense. If he's stayed fit another full season but getting similar reduced game time he's likely to get itchy feet when he could start in any of the other sides in the top 6. At that point a sale might suit everyone inlvolved.
Tbh nobody can do the job as good as dihno so whoever we get it will take some getting used too. The guy is a machine which makes him irreplaceable simple as!No need for flapping, Jorghino agent as already said it's very difficult to turn down City, I expect him to be here early next wk for about €48m, is he as good as fern, who knows.

Bloody Hell thats peanuts if true
He isn’t a naturally winger never had the pace so don’t understand how he can be.. wingers have pace. I can’t wait till he starts playing more central in the coming future for us as he’s just so clever he’s a magician what a player he will be for us when David finishes.I'd say the majority was as a winger.
I agree there won't be much work to do with him. I think he's ready made.
Others seem to disagree which I find odd.
He played on the right 95% of the time for Monaco. He won’t be converting bernado though as he’s played there for Monaco during his time there and looked amazing as that’s his best position.

Mate, there’s nothing to worry about where City are concerned so at least enjoy your time on the transfer forum. If i could control my feelings better I'd have a lot less to worry about both in real life and on here. I'm trying.

Jorginho: «With Ancelotti I could stay»
The Napoli midfielder, from the withdrawal of the National team, opens to the reconfirmation: "I owe so much to Sarri but the arrival of such an important winner changes everything ..."
FLORENCE - Jorginho dazzled on the ... via del Napoli , thanks to the arrival of Ancelotti . The blue midfielder from Coverciano sends a clear message, despite the fact that he has been talking about his next transfer to Manchester City:"It was a surprise for everyone, it was a great blow for Napoli. Ancelotti is a coach who won wherever he went. It can give something more. I say thanks to Sarri for what he did, for me in particular. I came from a difficult year, he gave me so much, he helped me to improve. But the arrival of Ancelotti can improve us all. I'm not thinking about the market ... though. Certainly the arrival of Ancelotti, of one so big as to make me rethink everything, and that's what I'm doing. Fear of the flight of so many companions? It's a big word but the Napoli group is extraordinary, ready to give everything, to make sacrifices for the shirt; the important thing is that those who arrive are willing to do the same " . Then the admission: "No, Ancelotti has not called me yet ...
