Sane left out of Germany World Cup Squad

Wow, Germany either have an incredible side or Low is a complete muppet. How on earth can he not be in their starting 11, never mind their 23. Has he done something to piss off Low?

He's done nothing, maybe worse than nothing, in all of his Germany appearances. It's a completely reasonable decision.

He obviously isn't a muppet his international record speaks for itself. I can't understand it myself but theirs a fair chance he will guide Germany to the final so have to wait and see what's said.
 
Sane getting this long rest will piss off some premier managers that’s good enough for me him being left out.

Sané played awfully vs. Austria, as he has done for quite a lot of his recent Germany games where he looks like a bit of a loner out on that wing and doesn't fit in very well. On the other hand Brandt was good, and I guess that sealed his fate.

maybe Low should sit and ponder why Pep Guardiola can get something out of the PL young player of the year, but he can't. Ozil, Draxler and the 1 legged Reus, lol.
 
Unfortunately one of Leroys biggest downfalls is his work rate defensively.Its a trait we see a lot of at City,which is a real shame as offensively the lad oozes class.
You seldom see a poor working German national team.
Perhaps that`s what`s seen him being left out.
I really was looking forward to seeing him in this World Cup.
 
At least he'll be fresh and ready to tear PL defenders a new arsehole.

Low's explanation given was to have 2 players on each position.
Now Draxler and Reus simply have to show on LW they deserved it. I have my doubts though.

Brandt is on board to cover RW with Müller.
Goodness me, Brandt, nice guy, but no corones.

I think Germany do have problems to score and I thought Leroy has something to offer there.

And well, forget about the Austria match. Anyone except Neuer was horrible.

Didn't know he had been so poor for Germany, suprising when you see his performances for us this season. I could understand him not starting, but what a player to have on the bench to bring on against tired teams with 20 minutes to go. Maybe Low should be looking at himself as to why he can't get out of Sane what Pep does.

Maybe not, but thats a very bold decision to leave without doubt one of the stars of the premier league this season.

Maybe Low, the defending World Cup winning coach knows how to get the most out of the team he's managed for 10 years?

I love Sané and would have liked to see him at the World Cup but this isn't that big a shock, he's a bit part player for Germany, hasn't scored in any of his 15 games and is against some very, very good competition.
