Yaya says Pep "does not like African players" - Pep says "he's lying and knows it"

Great player but he's pissing all over his legacy.

Will never be held in the same regard as Zaba, Kompany, Silva and Aguero.


If it's true that he's going to play on a '£1 a week' next season just to play for one of our rivals then let him. His legs are shot, not the same player anymore but it'll be the last nail in his coffin with us.
 
He is just too thick to get it isn't he? He talks about us being wonderful fans and respecting us then shits all over us with bollocks like this. In his own tiny mind he can't understand that for us it isn't about individual player's, as much as we have affection for many, it is all about the club and our good name. Anyone dragging it through the mud is finished for us and he has now burned all bridges. Terribly sad really.
 
Even now after leaving the club he can’t help being a dick. Can’t handle the fact Pep stood up to him!

Sad epilogue from Yaya - soured his memory and will doubtless mean he doesn't get a warm welcome if he joins another PL team and comes back to the Etihad with them. That said he has to join one yet. Would you employ him if you knew that if he doesn't get what he thinks is enough game time he may start alluding to what he thinks is the fact that you are a racist?
 
Yaya was a great player for us when he could be bothered, but for the most part, he was a lazy, whining, selfish git. Goodbye Yaya,thanks for the memories, but in the final analysis, you will not be missed.

He added that it'd have to have "a bonus system based on certain successes". Which in other words is his wages in almost guaranteed bonus clauses like, avoids relegation, plays more than 5 games, plays over x amount of minutes etc...

Most free agents that get a new club at the same level have the move agreed well ahead of June 1st. Doubtless this has come about as nobody actually wants to sign him.
 
City legend for what he did on the pitch. Off the pitch he overates himself - hence the outburst.
But let's be honnest, even on the pitch, he's been pretty poor for the last 3 seasons. Failing phyically - as all players do in their 30s do - he failed to put the extra effort in to extend his shelf life.
Not his fault apparantly - Very sad.

It's irrelevant imo, Pep doesn't need to prove that he isn't racist. Yaya has made the claim and the burden of proof is very much on him. Personally, if I was Pep I would be demanding a full public retraction and apology or I would be taking Yaya to court for defamation.
 
i feel sorry for that guy who named his son Yaya. Always sniffing around the bench with various flags.

Seen here at the start of Cheesys video. Bet he is keeping a pretty low profile. LOL

 
Very surprised he’s come out with this, when Kolo came on the pitch after Yayas send off game he really went about about how great Pep was when he didn’t have to mention Pep at all

You're right, it is irrelevant.

Pep's obviously not a racist but Yaya is most certainly a tool.

You're probably right - if so I bet its his wage demands that would foil any contract being agreed - he would doubtless value himself much higher than prospective new clubs do.
