I don’t think people should underestimate the challenge they are about to lay down in front of us. Their squad will be in great shape once they add Fekir and Alisson. Good enough to win the league, no doubt about it. We really need to actually put up a title defence for a change.

Does anyone good with finance know how they manage to spend this money and still comply with FFP?

They've made a huge book profit on Coutinho and the extra income they're bringing in from CL gives them a big budget for amortization on transfers. They can't do this every summer without sales though, basically they're rolling the dice.
