How does that relate to Barclays?

Well I’m not happy with Barclays fiddling the LIBOR rate but I’ll get over it - in comparison putting a Bee on a shirt is small beer when compared to their market fixing scams.

A company called Sporting ID have a central contract with the premier league for numbers and letters for which I imagine we will receive a fixed income. We have to then buy the numbers and letters from Sporting ID and if we sell over a threshold, we will receive commission.

We're allowed to make our own deal for the numbers and letters on the European numbers and fonts, but Sporting ID will probably have complained to the PL that people are not buying as much of their (standardised) numbers and letters from us if the bee mosaic option is available.

It is capitalism rather than anyone being bothered about what political message a bee represents.

The club should make it clear in that case that the fans will be encouraged to use the European version.

It is only a kit afterall, but wow, they’ve not covered themselves with glory this year. That away one is horrid. Home one ok-ish, but that button on the neck is crap. A poor effort from Nike.

Orange is just not a City colour. I know they want to do different things with away kits but navy, black, maroon, yellow and purple are all colours that have some association with the club but orange where the fuck does that come from. I really do dislike Nike - they seem to have no respect for tradition - And the club despite having a shit deal seemingly lets them get away with it. I have limited hopes for Puma but hope we’ll get a bit more respect and perhaps a more unique design.
