'All Or Nothing' - NO SPOILERS! - no content discussion

It’s a bit like the club has agreed to do the full monty. Hope we’re a show-er and not a grow-er.

Mortification could be high.

As much as I will be intrigued as the next fan... I wish this was another club doing this.. what goes on in that changing room stays in the changing room. I watched a documentary about the great man Bill Shankly the other night.. Kevin Keegan said.. if Shanks was looking down now he'd be wondering what it's all about.. the corporate side he would be against. A bit like myself I prefer to go to the matches with my mates and stand up and sing. It is a great shame the game has gone that way.

Like how it was in the 80s...? This isn't really any different to the 'CITY!' documentary a few decades back (obviously just a slightly better production). I doubt they'll be showing all the behind the scenes action, Pep isn't stupid. I'm really looking forward to it, and from what I've seen online a lot of opposition fans are quite interested too. Most top clubs will probably watch this and think, "why didn't we do this first?"

Unlike the All Blacks final episode, which sees them losing to Australia for the first time in yonks, ours has the beautiful book ending of Jesus lifting the ball into the net with practically the last kick of the season to break 100 points.

You just can't write it better.

It better had be different, for starters I very much doubt that Khaldoon wears Cuban heels and has a big fuck-off portrait of himself on the wall of his office.

Haha! And don’t forget the powder blue suit and the below-the-hip parting and sweep over. The trailer looks brilliant and should draw in a big audience of Blues and other football fans, though probably not Rags and Dippers.

If it had been recorded a couple of season's ago, Khaldoon would have been shown interviewing Pep whilst spinning a beer mat and then saying to the rest of the board "well, what do you think then lads?"

I think this has been a fantastic idea by the club, the exposure we'll gain from this will be huge imo

For example, I always had a slight interest in NFL, by that I mean I watched the Super Bowl every year, and after watching the Arizona Cardinals All or Nothing, I became emotionally invested in the team and actually wanted them to do well as the series progressed. I now consider myself a Cards 'fan', as they are the team I know the most about due to my admittedly limited knowledge of American football, and look forward to the new season.

But back on topic, I feel any overseas football fans, or people new to the sport, who might be undecided about who to support, will be attracted to City and fall in love, so to speak. I know to us UK based fans, it doesn't particularly matter about how many fans we have, but from the club's perspective, it's a great way to bring in more revenue on a global scale.

And I've not even began to go into how much it means to us fans who will get an unprecedented look behind the scenes at our beloved club, and it just so happens to be our greatest ever season with one of the best managers to ever grace the technical area. To say I can't wait for this to come out is an understatement!

Bring on 17th August!

Totally agree. Not only a great watch for all of us but makes excellent business sense to attempt to build an emotional connection with potential foreign/new fans!

Too true.
I have been watching Last Chance U on Netflix and have just finished series 2.
Totally absorbing and I am now a fully fledged East Missisippi CC fan.

What a time to be a City fan.

Agree agree agree.

I also really enjoyed the Cowboys' All or Nothing, it was interesting to see a very rag-esque team under achieving, and the responses to that from players and management alike. I can only suspect that will be the similar outcome when they rock up at Old Trafford.
