General transfer rumours

Can we keep this thread for general rumours/other teams transfers,rather than reporting on our players where topics already exist and are being discussed?

A lot of utd fans are perplexed as to why other teams are not going balls out to catch us via transfers this summer. Personally i think we are so far ahead it would take a lot more than a huge wedge chucked at the issue with owners and managers knowing this. Chelsea have done something, Liverpool a lot but Spurs Utd and Arsenal do seem to either A, have a plan or B, feel content with top 4.

We have built up since Mancini left if not before, we took the snide remarks on the way here so it feels nice looking at them with their "wots goin on ere" look slapped all over their mush, at least in attitude shown on forums.

From the top now there is less mindless passion and more considered accountancy stuff so it seems reasonable to me others are more arsed about walking before running. The passion in most board rooms does not match that of the fan. I feel confident saying we do, it is just that Khaldoon is to cool and smooth. That is to say i doubt we will see him with a huge gut swinged his top aloft his bare chested person in December.

He’s left it to the last week of the window, so they’re going to end up in a flap with their new signings having had no preseason and probably overpaying.

Liverpool unable to offload Origi and Mignolet. Grujic on loan fell apart.

Liverpool were hoping for ~£30m more on sales and loan deals.
