Jorginho didn't impress me at all, thought he was quite poor tbh.

Early days though, let's see how he' going later on in the season.

Mendy, Mahrez, Bernardo and Aguero were the pick of the bunch for me.
 
Very hard not to sound like a smug so and so being a blue currently isn't it. The focus we have as a club now is beyond what many of us thought possible. This Pep fella is alright isn't he.

Please dont rain on my parade haha, I just thought with Jorginho having the best pass success rate in Europe last year (so i heard) Phil could do a job in that role. Fair enough if im chatting shit! Reckon we'll go for another centre mid then?
 
Not arsed about the "trophy" but winning it is better than losing, and winning the last warm-up game whilst playing like that will do very nicely.

Roll on next weekend.

Agree. But then again, would he be impressive in our side?

We are a much more tactically advanced than Chelsea are.

Yeah, what's up with BT today. Dunney on the panel and all very complimentary with even McPointyman saying Walker and Mendy best fullbacks around at the moment.

Seemed like only 1 team wanted to play a competitive game today and the other was just out for a stroll in the sunshine. Maybe conserving their energy for the game against Lyon in a couple of days time.

The new Ray Wilkins - didn’t pass forward today at all - loads of touches but few if any of them were positive. Thought Barkley was utterly anonymous.
