Eder is a bit old these days, and whilst playing two keepers might be prudent, I'm not sure it's legal.

For me, a lot depends on how he receives the ball. If he's facing our goal most of the time and forced into squaring it to the full backs whenever he receives it, he'll be pressed like never before and could be forced into mistakes but at least he'd have Dinho alongside him in most of the suggested line ups, which would help. If he can sort his feet out and manage to receive the ball facing forwards like the Hoffenheim game, we could be on to something. Whatever we do, Dinho needs help.
 
Let see how Atkinson reacts when the Mercenary sythes down Merlin or Leroy in the first & minutes. That'll be the tell of how the match will go.

I have a sick swan feeling too.

It would be a bigger marker as Bobby's and put them Scouse ****s back in their box. The fire drill would rival the scum.

I’ve not long got home from ‘jamming’ and in this ‘higher sensory’ stance if they can hold them at bay for 30mins, regardless of their high press, regardless of refs/linesmen and, imo more importantly, regardless of the sinister boos and chants that I believe unnerve our blues, I foresee a 1-6. This would finally break them off our back!
 
Wonder if Mendy plays will pep put sterling on the left like at arsenal? I really think pep will look to try something different and maybe sane will be the fall guy. Hope not.
