Anthony Taylor (of Altrincham)

Cheeseman called him bent after that Chelsea home game when we lost 3-1.
Cheeseman was spot on.There was more than one bent, disgraceful decision during the chelsea game. Most of them forgotten now...

Didnt he also ref the leicester away match,we loat 1-3...couple seasons back.

No that was Oliver he got an assist

You’ve seen a lot of football.
You recognise all the signs, foul occurs and the ref runs up, putting his whistle to his mouth whilst reaching for his pocket. You’re expecting a free kick and a sending off.

Then suddenly he puts his hand to his ear and then both hands waving frantically to signal play on.

End of City’s title challenge and the cementing of Chelsea’s.

I’m still fuming about him for that game and the FA cup last year. I just think him and PiGMOB might as well just come round to my house and break in and steal from me.

One day fans will stop going, because they will see it all for exactly what it is.
Some of us did....immediately after that Chelsea match.
I stopped going.
Ian Cheeseman lost his job.
Sir Anthony Taylor rolls on,.and on..and on.

Does it really matter?
Play our best and we win, the referee shouldn't matter.

You keep getting called naive, you’re spot on though. Last year we blame the ref for the home loss. If we scored the many chances we created first half especially then the refs performance is irrelevant. When we then didn’t win it was the refs fault for missing penalties and allowing Ashley’s young free reign all game. Don’t get me wrong the ref didn’t help in the end but had we took our chances it wouldn’t have mattered.

Too be honest I'm usually one of the moaners but I'm trying to be more positive.

That 6-1 on Sunday has obviously rattled the powers that be. Bent as a nine-bob note appointment.
The powers that be have noted utd s goal difference is 1-6 behind Bournemouth....a heavy defeat at City would mean more embarrassment for the world class utd squad...calling sir anthony taylor...cometh the hour, cometh the man.

Why?
We're playing brilliantly and are the best team.
Not bothered about Taylor
You are naive if you think a ref can't influence a game, even if he just gives them a foul every time they hit the deck to break up our play then it can make a big difference, but he will do much more than that,we might still win but it will be in spite of him and you can quote me on that

No surprise here. His assistant referee is David Gill. The linesman are Hoeness and Ruminegge.
