From Vodefon and now TV only available on your phone or tablet I was told,is there anyway you transfer it onto your TV from your phone ?

No, they go to great lengths to specifically stop this. There are ways but if you need to ask then i can assure you setting it up is probably going to be beyond what you either understand or are willing to do in order achieve your aim.
