Pep - no signings coming in in January

Some initial ideas would be the immediate staff below the senior management structure, or potentially an outside consultancy. I didn't say I had a solution but that doesn't mean I can't question the clubs operation and it seems a topic that many Blues also want to raise seeing as we are left short with key areas in the team.

Three title winning seasons have each been followed by a summer of low transfer inactivity or low quality reinforcements. Mancini wanted to boost the quality of the playing staff considerably but was let down by the Board who wasted money on a collection of bench warmers. He was disillusioned by this and was to be sacked at the end of that season. Pellegrini fared no better. Hampered by FFP, the Board wasted what money was there and signed Mangala. The less said about that transfer the better. Next stop: last summer. We all knew that Fernandinho was reaching seniors age and as the only specialist we had in that position, it was clear to most supporters that his successor was recruited. That did not mean he was to be replaced there and then. All it meant was for a recruit to be his back up for half a season while he was being coached into our style of play. Anyway, it never happened and it may well cost us. I hope not, but somebody high up, Txiki or above has let down Pep badly.

I wonder if they talk to each other ?

Just because they are close fiends/colleagues and communicate openly doesn't mean he hasn't been let down.

You think there isn't a structure at the club, you think they arent all accountable to Khaldoun and ultimately Abu Dhabi. Dont you you thnk we are probably better run than most teams around europe ?

Fucking hell, youve left it late in the year pal.....but that post wins the Bollocks of 2018 award

Never said we wasn't one of the best clubs run in Europe but doesn't mean we can't improve and I would ask you what accountability do you think Khaldoon would be reviewing of our senior management?

Now, that would be novel

If you are looking for Pep to post his PDR on here, I think you may be a long time waiting
