A good tackle by Kompany being shown on a loop on Sky, however not a fucking mention of the Loveren tackle, the Sterling penalty or the foul on Fernandinho leading to a goal scoring chance.

Fuck off sky.

I have a theory that Press are scared to criticise Liverpool FC as their fans target the journalists criticising them on social media so much that it affects their livelihood and maybe even safety. Bit like mobsters. Bad people that journalists are afraid to criticise.

I think our mods are the same considering the amount of deleted posts which haven’t broke coc.

To be fair none of the pundits said it was a stonewall red, even Carragher. They agreed 2 or 3 out of 10 refs might have given it but it would have been wrong if they did.
Looked like a great tackle to me from 232.

The only way that was a foul is if it was in a netball game.

I thought it was a great tackle, was amazed he even gave a free kick, although Salah had seemingly been shot yet again

Just seen that Jamie Jackson has given Vincent Kompany 4/10 and Bernardo Silva 6/10 in his match ratings. Incredible.

Survived more gunshots than Boris the Bullet-Dodger that fucker. Watch Klippety rest him for the FA Cup game at the weekend now and try to claim it's down to Vinny's tackle, that would be typical cult.

The irony is that there was weeks of discussion about whether it was a red last season when Ederson nearly got decapitated with the implication we’ve been lucky both times, when actually the ref got it right both times, although I’m not convinced it was even a yellow.
Dermott Gallagher (ex ref) on OPTUS here in Aus saying its a foul and a yellow not a red. Shearer arguing saying it’s a red. Dermott view is the speed and intensity is not there, it’s a one footed challenge as the right leg is actually tucked in and it’s not a two footed challenge.

Ian Wright also arguing its a red as is Luis Garcia.
