Wow, i stand alone it seems. harsh words- figure skating would have been closer to the bone ;)

Don't feel bad, just one of those things. Basketball is one, albeit a very popular sport, that I just cannot enjoy.
As already mentioned, run to one end score, cheer very loudly, run to the other score, cheer very loudly and repeat again and again and again .

Did you here McCoist and Saunders asking fans of all clubs ring in and say who they wanted to win the PL and why, with many citing Liverpool fans as arrogant and if they won it the country would never hear the end of it. The vast majority said they wanted City to win it. Saunders sounded shocked. It was quite amusing.
The country would never hear the end of it because of all the ex-liverpool media mafia. It's a bit cyclical.

'Liverpool pre-tax profits soar to £125m'

And as sure as eggs are eggs and with Liverpool having a bad week results wise, what better way to cheer the Scouse sheep up with a nice positive story.

And over at man city, having cut a possible 10 point gap to going top of the league, the sun decide to remind the world that we are still on the radar for FFP .

There is the contrast of how the media perceive proceedings and how they look at us so very differently.

No agenda.

Nope.

It's only the Coutinho money

It's only the Coutinho money

How fucking long are they going to use this Coutinho money?

This year, no Courinho money, unlikely to get as far in the CL. Spunked the Coutinho money at least twice over. Surely their results will be awful.

I see that as £125m their fans didnt need to pay. Ideally from a fans perspective football clubs are run on a breakeven basis where fan contribution is as low as possible

Wait for their fans to claim they are doing it the right way by making a profit and not like City. They will forget the Pools money, the fact they would have failed FFP the other year if they had been good enough to qualify for Europe etc

And Sky/BBC not bothering to report their wage bill, which is slightly higher than ours, or their £150m of debt.

I believe that SKY are covering the open top bus parade on Sunday - biggest profit in Top 3 trophy.

I would be absolutely amazed if their wage bill is actually larger than ours.

We know the wage bills last year were €334m for us which is ~£300m.

The wage bill in our 2018 accounts was just under £260m. If you're talking about UEFA's figure that's for 2017 when our wages were a bit higher, due to a 13-month accounting period.
