I think son for spuds seems decent. Always plays with a smile on his face, not got a nasty bone in his body, always comes across as a down to earth lad in interviews and a very decent footballer.

Landon Donovan was always a really nice guy. Almost the antithesis of the California Golden Boy image he played up. He took time to play in Mexico even though his legs were shot just to get under Donald Trump's skin. And this was for fans who had at one time thrown bags of urine at him. I don't think he was a first class player or anything, but when you compare him to his former teammate David Beckam, he definitely stands out.
