Carabao Cup Final 2019 - Sold Out

Of course chelsea sold out there allocation its around there corner! If it was playing at old trafford we would sold out already.
 
Just had a look at the planner. A load of £100 tickets are available. I wonder if they were reserved for sponsors or something and have just been released.
Were blocked out yesterday.

We usually take a 1,000 extra seats when sales are going pretty well. We’ve taken the extra tickets whenever we can on other recent Wembley visits.

In addition, many people will have contacts for tickets with people in Club Wembley and the FA etc. I’ve sorted 5 extra through these types of channels. There will be over 35,000 Blues in Wembley on Cup Final Day.
 
Presumably the link for 'general sale' tickets becomes active at 12 pm, does it (as of now, the Restricted Sale' box is greyed out)?

Is there a reason that Watford tickets don't seem to be available (WHU has some, but Watford appears to have nothing anywhere)?

Yes. Watford is sold out.
