Not quite a quotation. He is normally reticent about prognoses and could be referring to any number of players. This is the quote in the MEN.

Not a great game today but who cares we won, but what I can't get my head around is a player refusing to come off? I thought manager says substitution they inform ref or 4th official and player has to come off for the player replacing him? I may be wrong but that is how I think it works
